Elevations Community Land Trust (ECLT) has several affordable single-family homes on the market in Fort Collins, as well as 54 townhomes under construction. Community land trusts are generally about 40% below the market on average. The recording from the information session they offered employees is now available at right.
The Housing Partners Program is creating a network of real estate professionals that offer discounted services or other resources to CSU employees, including real estate brokers/agents, home inspectors, new home construction, etc. to aid in reducing the costs of homeownership for employees. New discounts continue to be added.
