Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is designed to help you navigate difficult life situations like mental and physical health, conflict resolution, legal concerns, etc. Employees and their household members are eligible for six free sessions per year, visit the EAP website for more information.

Financial Well-Being
The link between mental health and financial health are more connected than many people realize. You have access to one-on-one retirement counseling and other online resources through CSU ‘s retirement vendors to help navigate your financial future.
CARE Program
The CARE Program at CSU helps connect employees with agencies that offer low-cost or no-cost services. Some of these resources include food assistance, dependent care, transportation, pet care, and much more. Check out the CARE website for details.
Employee Housing Programs
The Employee Housing Programs assists with housing resources, rental and sabbatical housing searches, financial assistance and home ownership. A below market rate rental program is also being developed, stay up-to-date on the housing website.
SilverCloud
SilverCloud is a free, confidential, self-guided program available 24/7. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy principles, SilverCloud includes resources and information that help you better understand your emotional well-being.
Sydney Health
The Sydney Health app allows you to track activities which accumulate points, access your insurance cards, see what’s covered by the health plan, discover other campus benefits, and so much more.
