On-Campus Flu Shot Clinics
This year, more than ever, it’s important to get a flu shot to protect your health and the health of those around you. We are happy to announce FREE on-campus flu shot clinics for employees and their dependents enrolled in a CSU or State of Colorado medical plan.
You must make an appointment at the links below as walk-in services will not be available. Because of the high demand this year, it is recommended that you register for the event at least two weeks in advance to ensure enough vaccination supply. You will receive an email with the online consent form and detailed instructions for attending the clinic closer to your appointment date so be sure to enter an email address that you check frequently.
If you are unable or do not wish to attend the on-campus clinics, you can visit your primary care provider or an in-network pharmacy to receive the vaccination.
Locate in-network providers by visiting the Anthem website.
