Certify your 2025 medical premium(s) for the DCP Medical Premium Refund by Monday, Dec. 16, 2024.

As an eligible defined contribution plan (DCP) retiree, you may receive a reimbursement for your medical insurance premiums. Your refund amount is based on your years of service at the time you retired. This refund will be deposited directly into your bank account each month, as long as you timely complete this annual certification. Premiums for dental/vision, other dependent’s coverage, or a refund that is more than your actual cost of medical insurance is not allowed.

  • Retirees not enrolled in Medicare – expenses include any medical insurance premium for your portion of coverage as long as the coverage is not through an active CSU employee plan.
  • Retirees enrolled in Medicare – expenses include Medicare coverage (Parts A, B and D) and supplement or Advantage plans (Part C).
