This two-part Articulate Rise course will provide an overview of the CSU State Classified Performance Management Program and includes information on how to lead successful coaching and feedback sessions, how to set effective performance goals, the State Classified review process, and dispute resolution procedures.
This course is for new supervisors of State Classified employees, as well as supervisors in need of a refresher course.
