Note: The J-1 Pathways plan is an EPO plan. EPO stands for Exclusive Provider Organization. It is a type of health insurance plan that offers a network of providers but does not cover any out-of-network care except in emergencies. If you are a J-1 visa holder residing out of the state of Colorado incidental use of medical care in another state is allowed. The J-1 Pathways Plan is the only health insurance option at CSU that meets the specific legal requirements for J-1 visa holders.
