Talent Acquisition Training Sessions
Explore upcoming and on-demand training options to support search chairs, hiring managers,
HR campus partners, EO Coordinators, and search committee members.
Search Chair Training
The first portion of this training will be conducted via asynchronous sessions in Bridge (total of 60-90 minutes). When you have completed the sessions, you will be invited to register for one of our 30 minute synchronous sessions which are held monthly. Both components should be completed before chairing a search.
State Classified Hiring Process
This training library is a resource to assist Hiring Managers and HR campus partners
in being informed and confident in the hiring of state classified positions on campus.
EO Coordinator Training
The first portion of this training will be conducted via asynchronous sessions in Bridge (approximately 90 minutes). When you have completed the sessions, you will be invited to register for one of our 30-minute synchronous sessions which are held monthly. Both components should be completed as a refresher before serving and an EOC. Anyone new to the EOC role will also have shadowing responsibilities that will be discussed during the synchronous session.
Search Committee Member Training
This asynchronous training is an optional resource for those who have not previously
served on a search committee at CSU, or for anyone who would like a refresher on best practices.
