The Apartment Complex List is an excel spreadsheet that lists most of the apartment complexes in Fort Collins, and gives an overview of each one, including average rent, and amenities offered. It’s a great place to start if you know you want to live in an apartment, but you need to narrow your options down.
The Property Management List is a collection of most of the property management companies in Fort Collins. It provides the name of the company, and their contact information.

| Habitat for Humanity provides assistance to low-income families. Habitat homes are built primarily with donated materials and volunteer labor.
