The Apartment Complex List is an excel spreadsheet that lists most of the apartment complexes in Fort Collins, and gives an overview of each one, including average rent, and amenities offered. It’s a great place to start if you know you want to live in an apartment, but you need to narrow your options down.

The Property Management List is a collection of most of the property management companies in Fort Collins. It provides the name of the company, and their contact information.

This is a collection of housing providers in Fort Collins that do not require a traditional one year lease.

Low-Income Housing (Subsidized or Reduced Rent)

Rent is determined by household income and family size. Eligibility guidelines apply based on household income and possibly age and/or disability status. A separate application must be completed for each property.

Habitat for Humanity provides assistance to low-income families. Habitat homes are built primarily with donated materials and volunteer labor. Families must be able to pay monthly house payments and contribute 250 hours per adult of sweat equity, working on their homes or others’ homes.
