Current CSU Fort Collins, System and Pueblo employees may search and apply for internal job opportunities through Workday.
To apply:

Log in to your Workday account.

Select the Menu in the upper left corner (or search for ‘Jobs Hub’ in the search bar).

CSU Students
Student Employment
Opportunities for employment as a student are available through Handshake. When searching in Handshake, students will see positions posted to the Student Job Board and will be redirected to Workday to complete the application.

How to Apply
- Log into Handshake and search for available student jobs.
- Select a position of interest and click Apply.
- Click Apply on Web to be redirected to Workday.
- Log into Workday using your NetID.
- Review the job posting and click the blue Apply button to submit your application.
Applicants should monitor their CSU email for updates throughout the hiring process.
Tip: If the Workday page does not prompt you to log in, open Workday in a separate browser tab and log in first. Then return to Handshake and click the application link again.
Troubleshooting Workday Access or Application Issues
Confirm Your Student Employment Eligibility
Students must meet the following criteria to be able to log into Workday and apply to student positions.
Basic Requirements
- You must exist in Banner. A good first check is whether you can log into RAMweb.
- You must be associated with a current or future academic term.
- You must have an active NetID/account.
- You must be classified as a student.
Enrollment & Status Requirements
- You must have an active student record for the term.
- You must be in actively enrolled status.
- You must be officially enrolled in classes, or have a valid enrollment deposit on file.
Try Browser Troubleshooting
If you are receiving an error or the application link is not loading correctly, please try the following:
- Log into Workday first, then return to Handshake and click the application link again.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try using a different browser.
- Try using a different device, if available.

- If you are able to log into Workday but cannot complete your application, submit a Workday Help Case using the Talent Acquisition case type.
