Colorado State University is excited to announce its new partnership with JobElephant, a trusted leader in recruitment advertising. JobElephant specializes in helping organizations streamline their hiring processes by managing job postings and optimizing recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

Through this partnership, CSU departments can now access JobElephant’s expertise and tools to simplify and enhance their advertising efforts. By leveraging JobElephant’s data-driven insights and extensive network of advertising venues, departments can ensure their job postings reach the right audience while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This collaboration aims to save departments time, provide targeted advertising solutions, and support CSU’s goal of building a diverse and talented workforce.

Departments should list all potential or desired advertising venues where they would like their job openings to be posted in the JobElephant Recruitment Plan field in TMS. This field allows you to identify the platforms you believe will effectively reach your target audience. If you are uncertain about the suitability of a particular venue, you may still include it for consideration. Additionally, if you are unsure which venues will be most effective or would like to receive JobElephant’s recommendations, you may simply indicate “seeking advertising suggestions for this posting.” JobElephant will review the provided list and suggestions, leveraging their expertise and analytics to ensure optimal placement. They will confirm all selected venues and the associated costs with the listed JobElephant Department Contact before proceeding, ensuring transparency and alignment with your recruitment goals.

Once the posting is approved by Talent Acquisition, the JobElephant Recruitment Plan information will be submitted to JobElephant on the department’s behalf. The submission will include the designated Department Contact, who will be contacted directly by JobElephant via the email listed in the posting for further coordination.  

The designated Department Contact will receive an email from JobElephant that includes additional suggested recruitment venues based on JobElephant’s data and expertise, along with an attached Campaign Summary reflecting the originally submitted recruitment venues. Departments may choose to incorporate these suggestions if desired. During this stage, an email exchange will take place, enabling the department to leverage JobElephant’s expertise in recruitment advertising to identify the most effective venues. This collaborative process ensures the department invests only in venues that will deliver optimal results and attract a strong applicant pool.

JobElephant will provide the designated Department Contact with a Campaign Summary that outlines all the recruitment venues initially listed by the department, along with their associated costs. This summary serves as a detailed quote and includes critical information such as publication names, ad prices, start dates, and durations. Departments should carefully review this summary to ensure accuracy and alignment with their recruitment goals.

Please Note: JobElephant will only proceed with placing the ads after the department approves the summary and confirms the costs, ensuring transparency and budgetary control.
