Anthem Sydney Health App

Since its launch two years ago, the Sydney Health app has been available to Faculty and Administrative Professionals enrolled in a CSU Anthem medical plan. The app provides access to ID cards, doctor searches, cost comparisons, LiveHealth online, and more.

Human Resources is pleased to announce that as of June 1, the Sydney Health app will feature an enhancement that rewards healthy behaviors.

Here’s how it works:

  • Download or log in to your no-cost Sydney Health app.
  • On the bottom right, select Menu.
  • Select Access Care, then
  • Select My Health Dashboard.
    • Create an Action Plan, or select Challenges for some fun, healthy competition.
    • To earn your rewards, scroll down and select My Rewards to view preventive/wellness options and activities you can complete.
    • To redeem your rewards, scroll down and choose Redeem Rewards to apply your points to enter Sweepstakes for a chance to win a gift card of your choice. 
  • Each month, Human Resources will notify the gift card winners via email.

Download or log in to your Sydney Health app

Scan the QR code below using the camera on your phone, then tap the link to download the app. If you have an Anthem login, you will use the same credentials to log in to Sydney Health.

Troubleshooting tips: If you need help logging in or navigating the app, call the Member Services number on the back of your Anthem ID card: (800) 843-5621. If your linked devices are not syncing, try removing the app and redownloading it to your phone.
