For retirees and former CSU faculty and staff

Retired and former faculty and staff were invited to learn about the progress of the retirement plans review project.

In spring 2020, a research-based review of CSU retirement plans was launched to improve CSU retirement plans and help employees better prepare for retirement. The plans being reviewed include the defined contribution plan, also known as the DCP, the 403(b), and the student employee retirement plan. The review is led by a committee comprised of university leaders and other key university community members. Innovest Portfolio Solutions, a national consulting firm specializing in retirement plan and investment advising, worked with the committee to research and recommend retirement plan improvements.

Human Resources, the committee, and Innovest Portfolio Solutions hosted two town halls to update faculty and staff who are retired or formerly worked at CSU on the retirement project. The sessions were recorded and are posted to this webpage.
