Considering housing needs of CSU employees, CSU has partnered with Tetrad to bring to market 57 below market rate rental units for eligible CSU employees in the Fort Collins area.  One bed one bath, two bed one bath and three bed two bath floor plans are available to eligible CSU employees to rent at discounted rates. See below for eligibility criteria, rental rates, pre-screening form, and more. Once you have reviewed the eligibility, rental rates, and any additional information below you can COMPLETE THE PRE-SCREEN FORM.

Rendezvous Trail apartments feature 1 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/1 bath, or 3 bed/2 bath floorplans.

We will have units available at 60%, 80%, and 100% AMI utilizing HUD income guidelines. You must qualify to be considered for a reduced rate. To find out if you’re eligible please visit the eligibility page.  Once you have determined you meet the eligibility criteria and agree with the requirements, you can fill out the pre-screen form

What are some examples to help understand the income requirements and AMI chart?  This page highlights 2 different scenarios. One where a household consists of 1 person with a household income of $40,000/year, which the chart shows would put that household at or below 60% AMI. The other a household with 5 people and a household income of $95,000, which the chart shows would put that household at or below 80% AMI. Both would be qualifying incomes for that household size. If you have any questions or need assistance after you have reviewed the criteria, please contact the Employee Housing Programs Coordinator, Audra Montoya at hr_employeehousingprograms@Mail.colostate.edu

Pre-Screening Form and Rental Rates

RENTAL RATES: Tetrad has projected rental rates available at CSU Rent Projection summary. The 2 bedrooms available have 1 bathroom. These rates are based on HUD guidelines. Thanks to our partnership, eligible employees will also save money on additional expenses such as parking and grounds fees.

TIMELINE: With the apartment buildings being completed in phases, Tetrad has developed a timeline identifying when units will be available to eligible employees, as buildings are completed.

PRE-SCREENING FORM: As outlined in the eligibility criteria eligible employees will complete a pre-screening form to ensure eligibility. That form can be filled out online

In collaboration with CSU's Parking and Transportation office we are excited to share alternative transportation options from Rendezvous Trail to CSU campus:

      1. Ride the Bus

Take Transfort Bus Route 7 from the bus stop at Custer and Illinois toward the CSU campus. The bus runs every hour, starting at 6:40 am.
The last bus heads to CSU at 7:40 pm. This bus route stops at the CSU Vet School and other locations on the CSU campus before it ends at the CSU Transit Center on North Dr. near the CSU Bookstore. The route will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

To get back to the Rendezvous Trail housing, take Transfort Bus Route 7 starting at the CSU Transit Center (or one of the other stops along the route). The bus leaves the CSU Transit Center every hour, starting at 7:15 am and running until 8:15 pm. Exit the bus at the stop at Custer and Illinois. This route also takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

2.    Ride a bicycle, skateboard or scooter

This route primarily follows the Power Line Trail, Stuart Rd and Remington St on the way to the CSU campus. A detailed map of this route is available here. The bicycle ride will take approximately 30 minutes. A scooter or skateboard ride may take longer, depending on your speed. Make sure you register your bike with the CSU PD and park in a designated bike rack.  Use a strong lock, such as a U Lock, when leaving your bike on campus. When riding from dusk to dawn, a bike must be equipped with a front white light and a rear red reflector. Wear a helmet for your safety.

3.      Use a Spin e-bike or e-scooter. Download the Spin App, sign up, and then use of their e-scooters or e-bikes to ride to campus. Spin charges a membership fee, plus a cost
per minute traveled. Once on campus, park in a designated bicycle parking rack. Follow the same route to and from campus as shown in the bicycle map above in option 2.

4.      Carpool.
Download and sign up for the Way to Go app to find people who live and work near you and may be interested in carpooling.
