- Four virtual forums conducted to familiarize faculty and staff with the project.

Phase II
Retirement Vendor Search/Request for Qualifications Services
- Survey distributed to gauge the things that matter most to CSU faculty and staff when thinking about retirement plan options (October 1 – October 23, 2020).
- Official RFQ launched through Procurement.
- Email updates sent to university community from committee chair.
- Recurring committee meetings.
May 22, 2020 - December 3, 2021

Phase III
Campus Education – Recordkeeper(s) Selection – Investment Selection – Conversion Coordination
- Employee town halls scheduled to provide project plan updates.
Future activities:
- Conclude RFQ by Board of Governors action and notify bidders of results.
- Inform university committee of project completion.
- Participant educational and investment trainings.
- Finalize any plan administrative changes.
