Open Enrollment 2026
October 27 – November 14, 2025
The Open Enrollment system will be open on these dates. To enroll, please visit the Human Resource Portal on the Administrative Applications and Resources Portal. Please note that you must be connected through Global Protect and DUO to access the system.
Human Resources is dedicated to offering clear and accessible information about your benefit plans, helping you make informed choices with confidence.
This year, we’re providing updates and resources ahead of the annual enrollment period to give you more time to attend educational sessions, explore your options, and get any questions answered before making important coverage decisions.
The ALEX virtual benefits counselor interactive tool will be available online ahead of Open Enrollment, giving employees additional time to assess which medical plan offers the best value for their needs in 2026. Plus, the tool has been improved, giving you the option to populate in your Anthem claims data, streamlining the process and supporting you in making well-informed decisions.
We encourage you to use these resources to learn more about the university’s comprehensive benefits and your enrollment options for 2026.
